1. Scope
Applies to paid subscriptions or one-time fees charged by CDN BUNNY, including the Pro plan at $49.99 USD per month. Third-party fees (domain registrars, Cloudflare, hosting, Google Cloud, etc.) are billed by those providers under their policies.
2. Monthly plans (including Pro $49.99/mo)
Unless stated otherwise at purchase, monthly fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once charged. You may cancel to stop future renewals.
3. Annual plans
If an annual plan is offered, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have not materially used paid features. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Canadian consumers
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable Canadian federal or provincial consumer protection laws (including Quebec) that cannot be waived by contract.
5. U.S. consumers
Where state law provides a mandatory cooling-off or refund right for certain remote purchases, that law controls.
